sometimes you just need to take some mama/lily selfies where you're both wearing glasses, and then decide to go downtown to play in the splash pad and get some fro yo.  late september is still summer, apparently.  

lily lately

it's been awhile since we've had a lily update...

cuteness overload

sno-cones for life!

we take a walk in the evenings, and when lily has
walked as far as she can, she climbs in the stroller.
and maybe we time the walks close to bedtime so she
falls asleep while we're out.  maybe.

candy land is serious business around here.

the three little monkeys/three musketeers/three stooges.
they might fight some, but lily, grace, and eliza are fantastic friends.
i can't wait to see them grow up together.

i love when she puts her own outfits together.  and wants me to
take a picture because she's so happy with it.  and poses just so.
i'm really loving this toddler stage (mostly).

a day in tiburon

meredith came to vist a couple weeks ago, and her only request was to hang out, relax, and indulge in something nature-y.  so, we spent a day in tiburon.  patty was in the area visiting her man, so she joined up with us for a few hours.  it was lovely to sit by the bay, eat lunch, and wander the waterfront, chatting.  lily loved being one of "the girls," and kevin was a good sport, as always.  i love these ladies, and am so glad for any time i get to see them/hang out with them.  

anyone else want to visit?  we always love having company!
